Welcome to My World...

Hi, I'm Kiera....thanks for taking the time to come over to my little korner of the world!  I currently live in Fort Worth, TX, and work in a fabulous school district nearby.

As a librarian and educator, I have an intense desire to be constantly learning and trying to keep up with the ever-changing world we live in.  Because I always expected my students to be constantly engaged, I feel the need to be also, and when I'm not studying or learning new things, I love to read, watch a great baseball or football game, or spend time with my family.  Of course, spending time with my family necessitates a plane trip to FL, but I do love hopping on an AA jet and cruising down to Tallahassee to see the cutest kids you could ever imagine...Helaman (8), Cannon (5), Olivia (1), Ryan (1) and Addisyn (1).   I'll post pictures of them once I clear it with their parents!!

With HEB23:  Web 2.0 in 2010, I hope to learn some of the newest tricks of the trade in technology and broaden my own horizons as we move forward into the next decade!
